Dear Samsung Team, I'm using the Galaxy S24 Ultra but still haven't received the One Ul 8 update. It's disappointing because the rollout was announced some time ago. Could you please clarify why it hasn't arrived on my device yet and give an exact timeline for when it will be available? We expect timely updates on flagship models. Thank you.
