S24: Full of issues

I bought the S24 Ultra 8 months ago. After 10 days, I started noticing an issue with Wi-Fi—apps would not work while connected via Wi-Fi anywhere. When I turned off Wi-Fi and switched to mobile data, the apps worked fine. I visited a nearby Samsung authorized customer care center, and they said that Samsung would release an update to fix this issue. However, it has been 8 months, and I am still experiencing the same problem.

 

A few days later, I encountered another issue with the camera. When switching from one lens to another, there is a significant glitch in the camera. This is very annoying while taking videos and zooming. I visited the same nearby Samsung authorized customer care center for this issue, and I was told that Samsung would release an update to fix it. Otherwise, they asked me to reset my phone, which I do not want to do.

 

Now, I am noticing a hazard symbol on the Instagram highlights cover photo. I initially thought it was an issue with Instagram, but after logging into Instagram on the web, it works fine there. I also tested it on other Android devices and iPhones, where it works fine as well. The problem appears to be with the Samsung S24 Ultra. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists.

 

I had a OnePlus 9R for four years without a single issue, and it cost me ₹35,000. I spent ₹1,15,000 on this S24 Ultra, and it’s been nothing but trouble. This is outrageous! Did you seriously release a phone with this many problems? Are you seriously suggesting I reset my brand-new phone to fix all these issues? I want either a new, problem-free phone or a refund. I’m considering switching to another brand, even a cheaper one might be better.

Sorry to hear that bro but i think yours unit is defective as i am also using this device from almost 7 months and never faced any issue

Defective product. Onetime flash firmware & check it.
Otherwise ask replacement to samsung customer care via mail.
Finally complaint to national consumer helpline

I have also facing this kind of camera problem..customer care service told me the same thing..after reset and update nothing chng..so I changed my phone...and now I m using s23 ultra

My S24 Plus camera has become garbage after the July Security update.Even the battery drain is more.Its camera now feels like a 15k phone..Very upset after spending a fortune in the hope of getting class leading camera abnd battery performance.
