I recently purchased new S24FE and I'm experiencing an issue with the microphone. When I use the speakerphone, people can hear me clearly, but when I use the microphone directly, they can barely hear me(disturbance and voice break). This issue sometimes persists in voice recording feature in socialmedia applications too. If i restart the device it works normally for sometime and after a while this issue returns. Has anyone else faced this issue, and do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?
