I am facing an issue with my device's battery life. I have been using it for a month now, and I was experiencing the same problem when I first purchased it. I visited the service center multiple times, but they were unable to find a solution. They checked the device, installed new software, and tested it for a day, but they insisted that there was no issue. However, the problem persisted. 

Initially, I was getting around 6 hours of screen-on time (SOT), but after the February update, it dropped to 3 hours SOT. This is very frustrating, and I am disappointed that the service center has not been able to provide a solution. I hope that the issue can be resolved soon.

As some reported it is due to February update.
Wait for march update, it will solve the battery issue.

I understand you. I also visit the service center at Ghatkopar. Their service center is not supporting and they have their own explanations and say that they are right and they don't listen to customers. My phone is Samsung galaxy F42 5G
