If it fits your budget go for it , yep it might heat a little but it's not that much so if it meets your needs go for it , S23 on the other hand is a better choice but again that'll cost 10k more

Since it's a older device and S4FE is about to launch so discount are to be given to promote the sale of remaining stocks of s23fe and make it more differentiated in price compared to S24fe , and since s23's price has also dropped it wouldn't make sense if the FE device costs more that the S23 A proper flagship
