S23Ultra sensor shift issue?

Is this normal?

Why is 10x lens linked with 3x.
Means when I cover 3x and take video and choose 10x, it simply goes blank and freezes.

And there is a mechanical sound when switching 10x lens. Like a click.

I've seen.. it's making a sound.. I don't know why is it?
