Galaxy SAlso I can see that your 5G network is not stable causing more battery consumption by the modem. In network mode change it to LTE and you will notice that your heating will stop. Or use WiFi connectivity if even 4g connectivity is poor.

Galaxy STo test I used only wifi and surfed internet with browser alone open for 10 minutes and it's easily hitting 39.
