I am having a s23. After the software update I got green line on my phone. I have given my phone in service center for the free replacement. But they rejected me saying its a very thin line which can not be repaired and samsung has rejected the repair. Its very unfortunate that a Company like samsung do these kind of scam. The issue came because of their software issue. Which is not mistake of mine. Its feels like its not samsung but Scamsung.

You have the liberty to visit a different service centre. Usually, lower level service centre does not want to take up such hurdles and specially, if the repair is to be done free of cost. You might have to visit a higher level service centre.

Thanks sumit I visited 2 higher level service center listed in samsung website. Once one rejected other rejected as well.

If you are sure that your device hasn't suffered any external damage, then you can approach to the customer support. This matter is to be taken seriously.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept it's a as solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
