Bro I don't have any solutions from now...
I'm also confused this type of s pen issues...
Literally this spen issues is growing well In some countries & states...
Hope samsung will noticed and given the solution for that...
Or otherwise we approach only near by service centre highlights this issues....

can be a manufacturing defect on some devices ....should be taken up with samsung support ...
