Post Oct update to One UI 6.1 , I see so much of battery draining , I just bought new phone, it's been only 12 days, I regret That I updated the new patch, every user of S23 ultra is voicing the same battery Draining issue on this forum , but I still see samsung providing same old solutions for everyone instead of working on a software to optimise battery and find the fix.

@Samsung, @samsungindia please provide the justice for all s23 ultra users, We trust the brand and buy products, please don't make us to lose trust. Please provide the fix

Nice post.

But smart phones have smart battery management based on the environment, usage patterns, and background apps.

So it takes 30 days to calibrate battery.

If you want more from your device, then don't use the phone longer, take a break

Im also facing the same issue starting from first 6.1 update. Samsung is not at all looking into our concern. 😂

Your's device is new so please give it's some time. After some time and after some updates all is well. So please don't bothered about this issue now. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open the Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select Error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

None of them solved the issue, Samsung you are losing trust on your loyal customer base, please for the next update fix the battery draining issue for all s23 ultra users , We need justice
