I request 3 time for screen replacement online even i send email to samsung regarding cancelling my repair request 3 times but stll no salutations. My biggest blender is to move from Apple To Samsung. Worse customer and agter sales service ever..

Even from chat they request new repair file but like others after 1 day samsung cancel it from thete side.

I know, but they given door pickup and delivery same day. But they can't.

Don't rely on delivery and pickup. If you need faster service better to do it yourself.
