Is anyone feeling stuttering with S23 ?
1. Performance Metrics Table
Speed: The current instruction per second (IPS) speed is 65,984 ips, with a maximum recorded speed of 131,849 ips and a minimum of 65,984 ips.

Temperature: The current CPU temperature is 38°C, with a maximum recorded temperature of 53°C and a minimum of 47°C.

CPU Speed: The CPU is running at 1987 MHz, which is consistent across current, max, and min values.

Slowdown: The slowdown is 50%, indicating that the CPU performance has been throttled due to thermal constraints or power limitations.

2. Temperature Graph

The temperature graph (orange dashed line) shows how the CPU temperature fluctuates over time.

Initially, the temperature is stable and then increases gradually, reaching around 51°C, before slightly declining.

3. Performance Graph

The bar graph with green, yellow, orange, and red bars represents the CPU performance over time.

Green bars indicate optimal performance with high IPS values.

As the bars transition to yellow, orange, and red, it signifies performance degradation, likely due to thermal throttling.

The graph shows that after a peak performance period, the CPU starts slowing down as heat builds up.

4. CPU Core Utilization

Different colored legends indicate the performance of individual cores (CPU1 to CPU8).

The bottom graph shows the CPU frequencies of different cores, with values ranging from 1,600 MHz to 2,400 MHz.

The relatively constant frequency suggests that performance degradation is more due to thermal throttling than dynamic frequency scaling.

Conclusion
This monitoring tool shows that the CPU is experiencing significant throttling (50%), likely due to high temperatures (reaching 53°C at max). The initial high performance drops over time as the CPU temperature rises, forcing the processor to slow down to prevent overheating. This graph is useful for analyzing CPU efficiency and detecting thermal throttling issues in mobile devices or computers.
