Who told you that ? Only s21 users got free replacement that too in 2024 now the program is closed . Next program will launch probably in few months . They will provide free replacement for s21 series s22 series and s23 ultra only Next year new program will launch for whole s23 series and s24 ultra. This is there patern for free replacement program. I think you have to wait another year or so. Even my phone got few lines and waiting for next program.
Yes but all users have to wait for a year like we s22 series users got the lines in 2024 and have to wait till 2025 ( this year they will definitely provide free service ) Then s23 users are getting lines on 2025 and they have to wait till 2026. It's samsung's plan to provide free replacement in a slow process. You or I can't do anything about that.
There are alredy thousand or even lakhs of complains about this problems and people are also tagging samsung about this . They alredy know what's going on and working according to their plan. Their plan is to give free replacement but in a slow process so that customers get frustrated 😠 and repair the display by paying rs 10k to 25k according to their models...
