Galaxy SCustomer care also deny for free display replacement as there is no such option available for s23 series.

Galaxy SIm a S23 user, I have gone through same issues of getting denied from service centers and have lot of calls, mails but none solved the issue. But with few post in X (Twitter) made Samsung team to contact and a help with the solution. Note that your phone should not have any physical damage not water damage.
