Yes go to service centre If there is no dent in your device, you will get a free screen replacement

I already visited service center, and they can't do any free replacement untill confirm by customer care.
Customer care also deny for free display replacement as there is no such option available for s23 series.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Hi, you will get free replacement,but the issue have to reach the Samsung head office officials...for that you got to use the power of social media.

Im a S23 user, I have gone through same issues of getting denied from service centers and have lot of calls, mails but none solved the issue. But with few post in X (Twitter) made Samsung team to contact and a help with the solution. Note that your phone should not have any physical damage not water damage.
