Somebody here explained step by step procedure to download the update. Does anyone know about that? I mean I already have 2 green lines & tomorrow I am going to visit the service centre for replacement so I thought should I update it or not? 

I would like know your thoughts about that

So it means you already have green lines even in ONE UI 6.1 Update?

Yup but the thing was that it appeared out of nowhere I once stopped updating my phone I think my last update at that time was on Nov 2024 security patch cuz I saw that some got lines after I donno which update was it but yeah I remember people were experiencing that issue. Then out of nowhere I got my 1st line on 1st week of May 2025 & then the 2nd one on May 3rd week I guess? Not sure but it was around the same time. Oh the second one was after may 2025 security patch update.

Then did you visit service centre?

Yes I did & created the job sheet then mailed to the Samsung they denied free display replacement - filed a complaint in national consumer court app - got a callback from the Samsung executive manager- within an hour got a callback from samsung customer executive talked with her they agreed with free display replacement. All I have to pay the service charges.

Oh that's great, then did you get your screen replaced? Or are thinking of updating the software and then replacing the screen?

No I'm going tomorrow for the replacement. So I was thinking whether to update it or not

Then you should definitely update beforehand, as you don't wanna risk it with the new screen 😊

Why are you pay service charge? Is green line issue your fault?

Are you serious that you are got green lines on One UI 6+ version? I think its the problem with hardware.?
