After update got issues like
1. Over heating on minimal usage
2. Got 2 vertical pink and green line on display.

Have been using this device for around 1years 6 months. And when I visited service center they said the free screen replacement program is only for s21 and s22 models not for s23. 

Shame on samsung. Damaging their own credibility buy cheating their customers, even getting issues on their flag ship phones. And till now no resolutions.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Hey,

I visited the service center, they said only solution is to replace the display. That too at my own expense. For what? Their mistake?

Hey there!
I have updated the latest security patch as well.
See the issue is there is a line on my display. And there is no external damage, just updated to One UI 7, got a lot of heating issue and after 1 day got first slight pink line, then now along with that green line.
I even visited the service center, they said only resolution is to replace the display but currently the "samsung free replacement policy" is only for s21 and s22 series, and it is not for s23. So I have to pay for the entire damage caused by just your update. I always trusted samsung would take care of their customers. But this is you know I'm thinking to rethink.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try no notification by samsung as no free replacement for s23 mobile
