S23 not detecting USB Pen Drive

My Samsung S23 is not detecting USB Pen Drive. i have another device Redmi Note 8 Pro which is detecting it without any issue.

My Auto Blocker is OFF

Is your USB formatted to FAT or exFAT file format ?. Android phones are generally designed to read FAT32 and exFAT.
