S23 lock screen notification widget changes

Hi Sam users ,

S23 lock screen notification widget changes automatically, i edit lockscreen for time color and notification details widget but after certain time it goes back to default like icon only notification appears instead of detailed notification and also closk time changes to the wallpaper doesn't hold as per my custom color , how to fix it

U have to save the overall change u made.... click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I did save the changes and selected DONE

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

I have selected the detailed notification and it changes back to the icons , also the shortcuts at bottom I have selected Torch light and it turned to call icon
