 I am using Samsung S23 since 17 months and i have updated the phone with latest version on 14th Oct 2024 and after completing the same there was a vertical pink line has come. I have connected the customer care and spoke to the executive. He has checked the phone with the help of Smart tutor and asked to change the settings. Since the issue persists they have asked to submit a charge sheet and submitted the same.

Next day one supervisor has contacted me and as per the charge sheet there is no complaint for the phone and informed to do a paid service . Supervisor claims that they haven't received any similar complaints from any other user for the same phone. But the office which was submitted the charge sheet is telling that they are getting almost 4 complaints recently.

Today one another vertical line also has come.

● Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Kindly power buttons on the device after by pressing power for 5-7 seconds.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● Reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

If the issue still occurs, we would request you kindly visit the service center and they will provide them with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically as per guidelines and the repair can be done on chargerable basis.

I tried to get a free replacement via many channels but they are just ignoring, and i had to pay 9k for the replacement. Regretting for spending 70k on this company

I also faced the same issue.. get free display from samsung. I payed only service charge, that is ₹620/-
