I would like to report two bugs i have noticed while using one ui7 on s23.
1. charging animation on lockscreen bottom section, keeps on changing position. it is not always in center.
2. In phone app if you select a contact then it expands and display some additional information in form of a collapsible panel. Now minimise the app and open it again. The UI shows this expanded panel for a fraction of seconds and then vanishes.
The first one is not a bug. On the AOD, if items are placed in the same place, the screen might be damaged; therefore, they move slightly at regular intervals.
We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
