I Updated my Galaxy S23 Ultra on April 30th. It was, of course, the One UI 7 update. 😑 Out of nowhere, I got a green line today! I was cautious using this device. No physical damage, no scratches, no bumps. I never let it overheat. Then why?! Wow, Samsung was one of my favorite smartphone brands. Not anymore. I never faced this issue with any other Samsung device. Why do we have to change devices every two years? If you provide updates for longer than two years, we will buy them accordingly. This is heartbreaking. 💔 Earlier, the updates were to fix problems; nowadays, these updates are cursed. Adios. 🫡

That won't do a thing. They won't solve anything. I know because I've seen it countless times. They won't replace it in our country. Either I need to use it as it is or sell it.

In india we got free replacement for green line issue with no physical damage.
