My 1.4 yrs old S23 Ultra back panel getting losen on top and right sides and could see that it's getting liften up when tried with my nails. I do have bought extended warranty for one more year. So still left with 8 more months of extended warranty.
@samsungsupport please help me with this.
Previously I've faced same issue with my S21 Ultra as well when it's nearing 1 year of usage.

Really sad to hear 😞 that. Even when i was getting my phone repaired I've specially mentioned them that to clean it up and doesn't want to have any dust particles inside. Luckily it's neat and cleanly fitted.

My s23 ultra is 1.5 years old. Noticed my back glass also was coming off from the corners. Horrible product quality for such a pricey phone. Out of warranty and have to check with service centre

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra since its launch, and after nearly two years of use, I've observed the back panel lifting on three sides. My concern is whether this issue will recur after repair. Have any users experienced a recurrence of this problem following a repair? I'm considering repair and continued use versus trading it for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, although that model also reportedly has some back glass detachment issues.

My S23 Ultra's back panel is also getting loose. I first noticed some glue on the side bezel. Initially, I was wandering from where this glue was coming from. I think in my case the culprit is the phone holder that I used during the video conference which might have put more pressure on the back panel. I didn't observe any heating issues with the phone. Better get it serviced from the service centre itself. Hopefully, they will use good-quality adhesives.

I am not using any cover on my phone and I am facing this issue now. I dont know if even in apple these things happen or not but I had tried s20+ it had that issue, note 20 lite it had that issue... and now my s23 ultra... it is having that issue too... I think atleast the flagships shouldn't be having this problem

So basically my warranty is over, can I stick it in a local shop, it doesn't affect the mobile ryt ??, or do I need to go to a Samsung service center 🤔

Better take it to the nearest samsung service center. They will do proper back glass placement with adhesive strips and also vaccum seal by keeping in a machine to make tight seal. That's what they did in my case.
