Hello everyone....i need your support and also i want to know does i suffer alone or everyone is suffering after this huge update. 

since this smartphone is launched it is a next level masterpiece but samsung gradually degraded this device after each and every update in the name of software update and here is the result. please see this video and share it to the higher authority so that we get a solution from samsung team. here is the video 
i request everybody to please see this video once.
