Banking apps are not able to send SMS and verify the mobile number or the device.

After the upgrade the options are not working, not sure if Samsung made it or purpose or it is a glitch.

Was preferring Samsung Than other phones because of this feature.

Whether they are going to fix this issue not sure about it ?

Team Samsung can you fix the ongoing issue ?????????

As per the Banking rule. No any banking apps or payment app can be added in secure folder because of server restriction. It's not the problem from Samsung. Banking apps doesn't allow now. I hope you got the answer.

Plz Accept solution clicking on 3dot right side nd Do follow for Regular Updates.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we want to inform you that the UPI apps are not working in a secure folder as this is the concept in the new update. You have to use the UPI apps outside of the Secure Folder. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Samsung is famous for messing up good & working features of the phone with every update. I've noticed this since Note1 back in 2010 or 11.
My experience with Samsung is since Galaxy S2, Note Note2 S4 Note 4, S6 Edge, S7 Edge, S9 Note 9, S22Ultra, wife's S23Ultra...
