While using instagram my samsung s23 freezes and restart anyone facing same issue

Same with S23 U.It happens while watching instagram reels.I have restarted,optimised and re installed instagram still not solved.Now I have uninstalled the smart things app let's see if it works

Used the in app chat options in members app.In one of them it was said to be caused by recently updated Smart things app.So I have uninstalled the same yet to confirm if it has solved the issue or not

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps and if your device other application working fine with mobile internet, So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline they will guide you regarding the exact information regarding this.

However, If still facing the same issue, kindly share the log file. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
