I've been experiencing some issues with my phone lately. The camera quality seems to have degraded, and I'm noticing a decrease in photo and video sharpness. Additionally, I've been experiencing dropped calls and connectivity issues. I hope to see improvements in these areas in upcoming updates. A reliable camera and strong network connection are essential for me! 🤞 #mobilephotography #connectivityissues #softwareupdates

They are doing it intentionally. After the release of the S24FE, they reduced the quality of the S23FE.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding the issues and we are continuously working to make our products better and more efficient.

● Galaxy device camera issue:
● Kindly check first if there are any broken camera lenses or scratches on the camera, no laminated or tempered glass is pasted on the camera if not then check after the camera lens cleaning.

● Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
●Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
●Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
