Dear Samsung Support Team,

I'm writing to report some of the problems that are being faced by recent updates on my Samsung device. Since the update, gesture controls on my device have not been working properly. Recognizing gestures is too late or they are not being registered at all. This has made it very difficult for my device to use, because I rely heavily on these controls for navigation and other tasks.

Additionally, I've found that Bixby isn't working as expected. He is having difficulty understanding voice commands, and often he responds incorrectly or doesn't respond at all. This Bixby malfunction largely disrupts the hands-free use of the device, which is an important feature for me.

I have been a customer of Samsung for a long time and have always appreciated the quality of your products. However, this recent update has significantly reduced my device's functionality, leaving me very disappointed.

I request you to investigate these problems and provide a solution as soon as possible. Is there a known bug that is being resolved, or do I need to adjust a specific setting for my device?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
