S23 FE no software update

Hey, I got an S23 FE through MTN about 2 months ago and ive noticed I still haven't got the one ui 6 update. in fact, I haven't received a software update since September last year. Anyone know the reason for this?

It's literally months since the update for s23 is here. However, South Africa hasnt got it. Its disappointing

No update to one ui 6 or 6.1 still stuck on one ui 5.1 I have chatted to samsung agent and she told me the same thing that it happens in batches and wants me to take my phone to a service center. A honest joke really.

Yeah, I don't understand how we could be getting no updates. This story about it being in batches is far fetched
