S23 FE no software update

Hey, I got an S23 FE through MTN about 2 months ago and ive noticed I still haven't got the one ui 6 update. in fact, I haven't received a software update since September last year. Anyone know the reason for this?

I'm also still on ONE UI 5.1 with security patch 1 September '23, on my S23 FE with Vodacom.

Not sure, emailed Samsung multiple times over the last month but haven't received any response from them.

I am on telkom. Same story. They say the update is coming out in batches.

You software if upto date. If there's anything for S23FE on the South African Website you'll get it on your phone
