Prebooked my S23 FE as I was excited for this phone, however it has not met my expectations in terms of battery and performance. Battery is literally horrible, and if by change it gets below 15, it feels like its useless, it becomes a race against time, even if i do nothing, with battery saver on and mobile data off then also it goes on for hardly 20-25 mins, once it is 5% then in like 3 4 minutes it switches off. It has started to irritate me now, I love samsung phones but i think for the price i paid for this phone ie 55000, iphone 14 was a much better option.

Clearly, it's your mistake to believe what they show in their spec sheets when launching new models to make you buy (TBH I would say that pre-booking is a worst, pathetic, uneducated thing to go for). You should have waited and listened to the reviews you get after launched. I believe that the price of this worthless piece of **bleep***t is 34k. I guess you paid 55k for that LOL. See brands manipulate us to **bleep** our things not only money but others (for example, even apple haven't done that much marketing to their products but the users will 😂). We should be aware and careful first of all unless you have got lot of money and others things that you don't want to give a **bleep***t at all 🤣. Don't trust this scamsung anymore.

I needed a new phone immediately as I lost my phone.....didn't want to go for apple....couldn't see another phone....big mistake!

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
