Experiencing unexpected display pink line issues after a software update on my s22 plus can be frustrating. While software updates are intended to improve device functionality, they can occasionally lead to unforeseen complications. And authorized service center told me s22 plus is not eligible for free screen replacement and but samsung policy show me s22 plus is eligible 

Why is the S22 Plus not eligible for this? I am very disappointed with Samsung. Please update the list of eligible devices to include the entire S22 series. It’s frustrating that a flagship device has this issue after an update. I urge Samsung to address

Complain in consumer court or NCH portal, u can get free replacement if u proof there that it occurred due to software bug only(No hardware damage). Also u will get more compensation after winning
