I i don't a phone with mew os 14 or ui 6.till today.
Battery drained quick even for phone call about 5 minutes.
Heating issue is not resolved.
I am unhappy buying new samsung mobile s22.
Plz do something
to fix battery drained.
Give update to os 14 and ui 6.1

The software update was supposed to be received since December 2023. If you didn't receive it yet please visit the service center directly.
