I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the ongoing issues with the Modes and Routines feature on the Galaxy S22 Ultra following the recent update to One UI 6.1. This feature is crucial for automating essential tasks and managing device settings efficiently. However, since the update, both existing and new routines have been rendered non-functional, severely impacting user productivity.

Details of the Issue:

Feature Malfunction: Modes and Routines are not responding or functioning as intended. Existing routines that were previously operational are now inactive, and new routines cannot be created effectively.

I'm also experiencing issues. I have customised Driving mode that limits interaction when I connect with a specific Bluetooth speaker in my classic car. The last month or so, this mode has activated whenever I connect to ANY Bluetooth device.
