Hello samsung Community 
The phone was delivered to me on 24 Feb from samsung gulf 
I started using the phone and after 5 days I noticed that the phone is heating up so I had a chat with the customer support they told me to reset the phone and everything will be fine so I did it even after that also the phone was heating up so had a chat again and raised multiple complaints to replace or refund my money back for which they told me to visit service center I visited all the service center they run some test and say its phone is perfect and I have been running from one service center to another and today i got a call from complaints department and the lady told me to go time square sharaf dg and I went there following which they also ran a test and told nothing wrong 
So I told him just switch on the camera and after 5 mins the heat started generating and told the person check now he is like yes it is heating up but still they did not agree and told me I can't do anything because the test is pass 
And after buying a phone for 5k he is telling you know charge your phone to 80 and use it will not heat up which a flagship phone if the battery goes below 20% it will start heating up then that means this is not a flagship phone at all and I have not been even gaming till now if I start that it will shoot up to 48 or 50 which is not normal 
I want samsung higher management to look into this issue and grant me a replacement or refund

Hello bro.. it happen to me.. I am using N20Ultra 5G, they said its normal because it using a processor.. when I am using the camera it start to heat the phone..

I used 22 ultra but never felt like this. That was a nice phone.
