S22 ultra freezes and restart

Hi all

My phone suddenly started showing lagging issue. The issue started two days before as the phone starts freezing quite occassionally and turns non responding and then restarts. This issue was obvious when the camera application is opened, phone restarts immediately. 

I have reset the phone and it was OK for a day. However it got freezed once and auto restarted during this day (unlike earlier it was quite often - 5 times a day).

Can someone help me what can be the issue , is it hardware or software ( I have updated March security updates a week before)

Thanks Pkumar . I have done it twice before performing reset , which it did not helped. However will try it now. Thanks again

Have you tried updating all apps, specially play services and Android System webview?

Thanks vocal. Yes I diligently updates apps and system software. So it should be upto date . I guess system web view updates when I update apps through play store

In that case, Check In Care report section under Device Care and see if any app is causing this issue.
If still nothing helps visiting nearby service centre is the only option.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace mother board. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
