Hi everyone, I need some urgent advice about my Galaxy S22 Ultra (around 3 years old).

On September 3rd, my phone started showing very slight flickering on the display. At that time it was rare and not too disturbing. But now, within a few days, the flickering has become much more frequent. Sometimes the screen suddenly dims, flashes white/green, and then returns to normal,

A few months ago, I also noticed temporary green and pink lines, but they disappeared after some time, so I ignored it. Now I'm worried because the flickering is happening almost daily, and it's getting worse.
Flicker is random, even outside of apps,

At low brightness, it happens more.

While charging, it flickers less.

On restart, sometimes the whole screen flashes white/green before turning on normally.

I've already updated my phone and tried resets, but the issue still continues,

My question:

Will this damage my display permanently?

How long can I still safely use the phone before the screen is completely gone?

Is replacing the display the only solution?

Any advice from people who faced the same issue would help a lot

Samsung offers free screen replacements for some Galaxy phones under specific circumstances, primarily related to a known green line display issue.

Conditions
(e.g., 3 years from purchase) and without physical or water damage.

Limited to certain models and regions, including the Galaxy S21 series, S21 FE, S22 Ultra, and extended to S23 as well due to the growing number of users facing the green line issue on their devices.

The offer is valid until 30th September 2025

If you find this helpful, I'd appreciate it if you could ACCEPT it as a SOLUTION. Thank you 😊
