Galaxy SI am the proud owner of a Galaxy S22 Ultra, but recently I've been facing an issue with the OLED backlighting, which caused a persistent white bar on the right side of the notification panel. It's been two weeks since I submitted my device to the service center for a screen replacement, yet I still haven't received any updates.
Whenever I call the service center, they tell me that my device has been sent to Noida for replacement, but they have no information on its status and no clear timeline for when I can expect it back. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating, and it feels like the customer service I once trusted is no longer the same.
I’ve always chosen Samsung for its reliability and service, but my recent experience has left me questioning that decision. Has anyone else faced similar delays or issues with Samsung's service?
