S22 ultra display issue.. resolved??

Hello everyone. Kindly let us all know if anyone having the display flickering issue or a thick line over the top sort of problems. After the August 2023 update is it resolved or not??

They quoted a cost of repair of around 23k, yet to followup with Samsung customer care on this issue. I am not ready to pay anything for Samsung's own faults and carelessness on a device that is already so expensive.
