Don't worry. If your device does not have any dent or no physical or liquid damage, visit nearby service center. Samsung will replace the screen for free even if it's out of warranty.
Hope that helps. Please mark this as Accept Solution if your issue gets resolved

This occurs after recent september update. One half of screen suddenly showing green line with led light near camera panel. Battery life became short. Its occuring in all s22 ultra. But samsung didnot officially helping the elite phone buyer of their top model. They are silent on this. Service centres are not assisting customer rather looting samsung phone lovers.

I too noticed yellowish tinge to the screen immediately after update yesterday. Today a Greenline popped on the left edge and disappeared.
Had Greenline issue in my s20 plus last year and customer service was not at all helpful as it was purchased outside india
