My s22 ultra just got bright green flashbar at top right of screen. No h/o water or physical damage present. What to do?

Ya.. this is happening with many people..
Company is planing to eradicate old phones by giving us this green **bleep** line and making us believe dont spend more then 20k in samsung phones. Use and throw phones after 3-4 yrs

Visited service center and they told display replacement needs to be done and it will cost me approx 20-22k

Same issue, Temporary fix is switching to 60Hz or just turn on the power saver.

Samsung Should replace the phone, This is fault happened from Samsung after their recent update. It is such a expensive phone, We buy such for so that it last for atleast 3 yrs , but within my 2 yr of purchase the phone is in this condition that also not made any damage by us, but happened after samsungs stupid update. Friends told me not to buy Samsung if you are spending so much go for an IPhone, but still since started using mobile the love for Samsung was always there, but today I changed my mind after visiting Samsung Service Center for this issue the way they treated aa if I have done some mistake and they want to punish me. Thank you Samsung for connecting me to all my near and dear ones through your phone all these years. But now in am done with you guys

Today I visited service centre for this issue, they checked for physical & liquid damage (passed - as I was sure) .
Then they accepted for screen replacement free of cost but it will take 15-20 days to fix as they would be sending the device to Noida.

Note: You should make them very clear about how this happened and it's happening with most of the s22u users, keep similar threads handy.

Last date to claim free screen replacement is 30 sept 2024.

They will replace even if your device is out of warranty.
