My spen not taking the shots on camera i don't know why I restarted the phone and reset the spen as well got the issue after update my phone on one ui 7
Sometimes my spen works fine and taking shots on camera,sometimes it's not working maybe it's a 7.0 software issue before update it's works fine still my issue is not resolved...
You can just press the button once on the S Pen in the Photo mode of the Camera app.
If it does not work, then you can check the option is turned off. (If not enabled, turn it On)
Path: Settings > Advanced features > S Pen > Air actions > turn On Camera actions in the General app actions section
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
