Galaxy SI have the same problem and the maintenance response was disappointing and expected by the AI by the way, saying that the problem is general but it was not announced by Samsung and no maintenance center suggests changing the motherboard, which is exactly what happened. The phone currently does not perform basic operations except with great difficulty and things are getting worse.
