S22+ eSim

Hi recently got a S22+ (SM-S906E/DS) with vodacom as the carrier. However the esim capability seems to be disabled and I am unable to add an eSim. Is there a way in which it can be enabled?

Also under sim settings? Did you try to search on the search icon?

Yep, I have another s22+, so I know exactly where the setting should be

Oh ,so it makes sense it being disabled by the carrier, well that means you need an IT person to unlock that😅
