I am facing serious issues with my Galaxy S22 Plus after the November software update. The device frequently freezes, shows "System UI isn't responding" errors, and restarts randomly. I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps, including factory resets, and what not , but the problems persist.

I also visited the service center and other repair shops, and they all advised replacing the motherboard, which would cost over ₹30,000. This is extremely unfair, considering the issues began only after the update.

Please samsung look into this and provide a solution, as this situation has made the phone nearly unusable.

And its not just me , many many users i have seen in community post and reddits posting about same issue so it's a legit software issue

Hey, what did you do? What's the status? My phone used to restart sometimes in a while but now it's unusable, so I went to the service center and they said me to first change the battery circuit and if it doesn't work after that then change the motherboard of almost 30,000.

Samsung is not accepting! they are forcing to pay for the motherboard!
also to make it temporarily usable , flash the recent (latest OS)
manually (it won't void the warranty (flash from SAMmobile))
and it will work also dont try to use phone too frequently! let it rest after it boots up ! also go in recovery and force it to power off(immediately pull cable to get the phone powered off) and let it rest for 30-40 min , after that turn on again and after the boot dont use !let it rest for 10 minutes and after unlocking, again let it rest for 15-20 minutes to get that phone working somehow!

also
1) dont use camera !
2) dont try to do multiple task at same time
3) turn off face lock
4) dont install too many apps
5) while installing /uninstalling apps keep patients dont try       to do other things
6) basically dont strain the phone to much !
7) also try ramplus with 8GB

I am facing the same issue since the December update and the service centre says that the motherboards needs to be replaced, like how is this a liability for the customer if it's an OTA update that had caused this issue. Can you guide us as to how you managed to get this fixed?

Yes you could go to nich website if govt. Raise a complaint against Samsung electronics India pvt. Ltd. And also submit the original invoice in pdf form and explain your problem in detail and update with your mail and phone no. Rest assured within a week you will get call and mail from Samsung HO

Samsung is not accepting that and just saying its out of warranty so they are forcing to pay for the motherboard!

Hi Smit, I am also having the same issue and they have told me first to change so I went to the service center and they said me to first change the battery circuit which costs around 2500 but if it doesn't work after that then change the motherboard of almost 30,000. Ig, this is the issue of motherboard only as everyone is facing it here. So can you please tell me if your phone was under warranty or not? Also can you provide the website link on which you registered the complaint and what you mentioned in it (the whole thing if possible). As technically Samsung is not at the fault as the motherboard doesn't comes under warranty in my case, though this shouldn't have happened in the first case.

In my s22 ultra I have the same issue. Even the customer care people are saying this is a motherboard issue and I've to pay the full amount.
Note: 4 months ago, i faced the display issue due to software update and I had to pay 22k for the display charge! This is Samsung, it is Scam-sung.
