Respected sir, I own a Samsung Galaxy S22 (SM-S901E/DS). Its serial number is RSCT41GQ4SA. IMEI (slot 1) - 359851990283858; IMEI (slot 2) - 351115620283854. I recently updated my mobile phone, and afterward, lines appeared on the display. The phone was working well before the update, but now it is showing issues. I request you to kindly review my problem and provide a solution. It is a premium phone, so I request that you allow my phone to be serviced at a service center. As it is likely a software glitch, I hope you will assist me. Sincerely,

I got a vertical line on my S22 Ultra bought in 2022 Nov just a week back, took it to samsung service center they refused replacement saying that only phones with horizontal green line at the top of the screen near front camera are eligible for free screen replacements, they are smart where as if you search on internet majority of the users face issue with vertical line and not with horizontal line, so they are robbing and cheating customers of hard earned money, better switch to iphones guys, wasted 1.2 lacs on this piece of **bleep**!t

Sir, I have already visited Samsung service. I have to pay for a new screen. When we buy a new phone, Samsung told us that we get four years of software updates. Software update features created a green line on the display. Who is responsible for this? Already, Samsung Galaxy S series phones have screen problems, like the S21, S22 Ultra, and S23 Ultra. The company is giving them a one-time screen replacement free of cost. That means it is responsible; the new update has a problem.1737009186592.jpg

Get your phone physically inspected by service center and get a confirmation that no physical damage is present. If everything is good proceed for other help options like writing to CEO or National consumer helpline in India.
