Hi new here, I want to rant and need help. After updating to oneui8 that day my phone was charging very slow, so after few hours I have noticed my phone is coming out of my case, I was shocked to see my phone was swollen from behind, I could see internal parts from side. I immediately switched off my phone and went to service center and told my problem happened after update. They said Battery need to change and it will cost 2700₹ I said it isn't my fault that this happened, it all happened after update. They said we have no information about Battery swolen issue, we did hear about green lines on s23 which they are repairing for free but not my phone because they don't know about Battery issue so they charged me 2686₹ for new Battery. Can anyone tell me how to get refund of this amount?

sorry to hear.. i too got the green line on my s23 after the previous oneui update, after a long battle samsung replaced the screen for free.. hence i am not updating to this new Oneui8 anytime soon..
We shouldn't update phone immediately I got my lesson. But as a huge fan of samsung im very disappointed in samsung. Didn't expect this mistake from samsung. at least they should take responsibility after destroying someone's phone. Before samsung i had Xiaomi and once after update my phone became bricked and Xiaomi took responsibility and repaired it for free.
