I am facing the same issue with my S22+ device, I have recently contacted samsung customer care multiple times but they ignore my issue and always say it is a specific software issue but not reported in S22+ devices. And when ever we get a lot of complaints about this issue from S22+ devices we will take necessary action. Otherwise display replacement is your choice (With full of cost) But the S22+ devices are limited in this S22 range. Samsung is trying to get out of this case, but at any cost I will not change my display until their positive response. So don't replace or repair your device until getting a good feedback. 

And also register a grieviance against Samsung India about this issue with full details to National Consumer Helpline through website or mobile application.
