S22 Ultra screen scratch

Hi All,

Hope you all are doing well.

I bought S22U in March. The screen got scratches due to my negligence (two mobiles in one pocket). I have samsung protection plan for one year. I want to make the replacement, but I am not sure if that job will be done to perfection (here in India). Those scratches don't really bother me while watching movies or using the phone. They are visible when I hope the screen in daylight. Or at certain angles. But never notice it during normal use. What do you guys think ? Should I go ahead and do the replacement or just ignore and keep using the phone?

Bro as per my knowledge you are not eligible for free replacement or free repair under samsung protection plan for these kind of scratches

Scratches are not covered. If screen is broken or cracked than it can be covered as per the plan you have opted. Since Scratches amount to wear and tear under normal usage and does not count as damage

I assumed that any physical damage to the screen should be covered under the protection plan. Guess I was wrong then. Thanks for your quick response

If you are 100% protection plan then in the 1st place do replacemet and when you get replacement then you should apply screen guard
