Galaxy Sremove app settings and login information, so you'll need to log in again.
- Ensure you have sufficient free storage on your device. Go to Settings > Device Care > Storage to check and manage storage usage.
- Uninstall the apps that are causing issues, restart your phone, and then reinstall them from the Google Play Store.
- Reset the network settings
Go to Settings, and then select General Management.
From General Management, head to reset
Tap on Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.
Tap on Reset settings.
If the issue persists after performing the steps, we request you to kindly visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/
