i am using s22 ultra and my warrenty is over and pass 2 to 3 month .After Updating 5.1 OneUI my phone started showing greenline at camera cutout. I reach service centre and call to customer care they says it is due to internal issue and after update it appear to me so it is not due to company problem. I have their recording of saying this.There is no dent crack strech nothing.Then why i should pay 20k for display replacement as i bought this phone after paying 1 lakh .This is not some 5 rupee phone that they are saying this.Than i said this is due to software update nd not me ,too many people facing same nd also happens in s20 series than they say that was bcz company give update without any testing but in s22 case they have given after full testing...So after saying i also file CONSUMER COURT CASE, they say please talk with our head office and they are on holiday as today is saturday so they will call you monday ..

I've seen people getting vertical lines on S22 Ultra... Never knew Samsung is very bad in treating customers this way after we pay lakhs on phones....

Now I regret why I decided to switch.

Apple treats customers better. Can say because I was an apple consumer for years... this is so trash.

Do the necessary things bro... Just don't let it go easily .

but really no proper response only give little bit better response after hearing that i have file court case 🤣

yes i also said about s20 but they said your phone is s22 nd we are only giving for s20
